Ellie was the perfect sitter. Great communication beforehand, on time, a great handover when she videoed aspects of the pets care or quirks of the house and where things were kept. She provided us regular updates and pictures, asked questions when she needed to and offered to get milk and bread in for our return. When we got back the cats were super chilled out and actually looked quite disappointed we were back, the house was immaculate, bedding in the washing machine, washed and the pets happy and content. She’d also made us some Easter treats, a meal and left some beautiful flowers. Thank you for being an amazing sitter Ellie! I would highly recommend Ellie!

​​This was the second time that Ellie has ‘Cat Sat’ for me. As before, Ellie was an absolute star, leaving the house cleaner than when I left, totally capable with dealing with the ‘oddities’ of my house (I live fairly remotely in Scotland with water taken from the hill). She was better than me at staying in contact and sending me some gorgeous photos and videos of my babies as well as little voice notes and texts to let me know that all was good at home. Marks out of 10, I’d give her 12!
